Kent A. Balduchi is a 1996 graduate of Drake University Law School and 1992 graduate of Drake University College of Arts and Sciences. During his years in private practice Kent has maintained up to date knowledge in his primary areas of practice through continuing membership in professional associations such as the Iowa Association for Justice, the Iowa Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Kent spent 23 years as Fire Medic with the Des Moines Fire Department and was a Nationally Certified Paramedic,earning honors as Firefighter of the Year and the department's Certificate of Valor.

It is real world experience that Kent brings to his practice which is primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Criminal Defense. Kent is familiar with the mechanisms of injury which can lead to significant injury from low impact collisions. His experience in the field helps him fully understand your case from start to finish. This unique insight regarding injuries and his experience at crime scenes gives Kent an ability to evaluate criminal cases, comparing the the official reports and statements of witnesses to actual physical evidence. It is this familiarity with case documentation and what such documents are saying really took place at the scene that gives Kent a fast running start when evaluating your case.

Elizabeth is a graduate of the Drake University Law School. With an undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Industrial Psychology, Elizabeth brings a strong understanding of human nature to the negotiating table. She applies this knowledge to obtain the best outcome from the facts of your case. She takes a strong stand on behalf of her clients in both family law and criminal defense. Elizabeth is also licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.

Lori Holm is a 1990 graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in Economics and Political Science. She is a 1993 graduate of the Drake University Law School. Lori's approach is direct to the issues of each individual case.
